Established company seeks reps in the aesthetic market, med spas, medical practices - Residual Commissions

We are an established clinical skin care company looking to expand with highly motivated 1099 sales reps to call on med spas, medical practices, and chains where professional skin care products are dispensed.  We have a wide range of professional treatment products (chemical peels, enzymes, etc.)

The American Medical Spa Industry has been significantly growing over the past few years  Across the country, the total number of visits to med spas has hit an average of about 160 million a year and counting, with the average visitor spending around $150 per visit. Because the industry is growing so large and so lucrative, there is tremendous demand for effective skin care products with the latest technology.

According to Marketdata research, U.S. med spa revenue is expected to reach over 3 billion in 2016. The growth of this anti aging and aesthetic laser industry is massive. With over 2,100 medical spas open in the United States alone, it’s also predicted that there will be a higher number of med spas opening throughout the nation. And with more spas comes more job opportunities in this expanding field.

In addition to our primary skin care brand with an array of products for acne, aging (including peptides, growth factors and stem cells), we also offer a low minimum private label solution through our secondary division.  Excellent commission rate, pays from day one and has no cap, with special consideration given to experienced sales reps with an established account base.

Product/Service Info: We offer a full range of professional treatment and retail products into five classifications including acne, aging, sun damaged, sensitive and professional peels. We also offer private label through our other division. High margins for direct dispensing, and no minimums.

Compensation:

20% on all Opening Orders, then 15% on recurring orders.
Reorders are continuous and provides outstanding residual income.

Type of reps we are seeking: Hunter type salespeople who prefer consumable products offering a steady stream of income once a client is landed.
We have comprehensive marketing and sales materials and in house training in Southern California.

Candidate Profile: Required Skills:

  • · Bachelor’s degree required;
  • · 3-5 years outside business-to-business sales experience; autonomy and accountability;
  • · Ability to sell effectively to different levels within a customer organization;
  • · Proven ability to identify, connect with, and close new business; build consensus
  • · Complex sales strategy/approach to sell solutions across multiple levels;
  • · Background in commissioned, tangible product sales
  • · Track record of demonstrable sales growth
  • · Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • · Stable work history;

Territories Available: Many territories throughout the USA available. Rep Groups also welcome to inquire.

Training Provided: Training Provided:

We will provide training based on need and return on investment. Training is be PP, SKYPE with our Corporate Educator, videos, Web and manuals. Sales sheets, samples and technical data sheets always available.

We teach classes at our Corporate Office twice monthly and host private demos and training in Irvine, CA. We also support larger accounts providing in-office training with larger Opening Orders when necessary.
