You may list your business on our website by visiting the "Add Listing" link above or "Advertise With Us" below and then click "Order Now" button under appropriate listing plan.

The price to list your business on our website can be found by visiting the "Add Listing" link above or "Advertise With Us" link-below.

Yes, after you login to your account you may click on the "Add/Upgrade Listing" link from within your account and add as many businesses as you want. However, you must select and make payment (if required) for EACH business you list before that individual business listing will be activated.

If you do not see your category listed on our main menu then please contact us with what category or subcategory you would like or need and we will add it. In the meanwhile you can add your listing to a best fit category.

If you see your business listed on your business information page within your account, but you do not see it actually listed on our website under the category that you selected. Then please login to your account to verify that your listing status is "Approved". If it says Pending then we are just waiting for your content to be reviewed or your payment to be verified. Once it has been reviewed and verified then we will approve your listing (usually within 24 hrs) and it will then appear under your category on our website!

You will first need to log into your account. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to change your account profile information, edit your listings, add new listings etc.

View and Edit your Account Information

        -  Log in to your account here

        -  On the left hand side menu bar, select and click the second option "View/Edit Account Profile"

        -  Change the information within your Account Profile you wish to change.

        -  Once changed, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Your new information will be reviewed and displayed upon approval. If you have changed your username and/or your password, you will need to log out and log in again. Please note that we cannot see your password and if you have fogotton it, you will either need to retrieve it or we can reset it back to a default password.

Business listings are continuously updated as new listings are added/made available from business owners or their representatives. In addition, we frequently update our site with new features and resources. Therefore, check back often.

Featured listings in sideboxes are available for Featured Directory Showcase and Featured Directory Showcase + Rep Opportunities Ad members only. Signing up for this plan will enable your listing to be placed in different format above other listings. The Featured Directory Showcase and Featured Directory Showcase + Rep Opportunities Ad provides all the features, which are not included in other plans. Depending on the type of listing that you select for your business, you may list any of the following: Business Name, Full Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, Business Email, Website URL, Business Logo, Photos, Images, Documents, Business Description and more! Claimed Listings are requests to formally Join Our Global Network of ELITE PROFESSIONAL members who all share our core values of integrity, respect, honesty, QUALITY HEALTHCARE and an understanding that personal relationships are central to who we are as a company involved in the HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY.

Claimed Listings are requests to UPGRADE the listing from a FREE LISTING to a PAID Listing with FULL ACCOUNT CONTROL providing you Multiple Listing Features, such as Google PageRank Calculation, Image, Document and showcase galleries, Reviews and ratings, Listing suggestions, RECEIVE MESSAGES, add to favorites and FULL ACCOUNT Control to manage the listing, including editing changes, adding documents, review of statistics of the listing, links to your website, website thumbshots, logos, and more based on the membership plan you select.

To start your claim, just locate your company listing page on our site and click the "Claim Listing" link. Fill out the claim form and submit it for review and approval. Once we approve it, you will be invoiced for the appropriate membership plan and upon payment of the invoice you can edit the listing information by following the steps mentioned above.

        -  On the left hand side menu bar, select and click the option "View/Edit Listings"

        -  Select the "Images" icon under the "Manage" column of the business listing you wish to add the images to

        -  Click on the text which says "Add Image"

        -  Enter a title for your Image

        -  Add a short Description about the Image

        -  Click the "Browse" button to locate and add the image file from your Computer

        -  Press the "Submit" button

To add multiple (based on limit set for each membership) images to your profile, repeat the process above.

You will first need to log into your account. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to add Documents (Brochures) to your business listing profile.

        -  Log in to your account here

        -  On the left hand side menu bar, select and click the option "View/Edit Listings"

        -  Select the "Docs" icon under the "Manage" column of the business listing you wish to add the Documents (Brochures) to

        -  Click on the text which says "Add Document"

        -  Enter a title for your document

        -  Add a short Description about the document

        -  Click the "Browse" button to locate and add the Documents (Brochures) file from your Computer

        -  Press the "Submit" button

Please note: Business Listings are prohibited from advertising for Independent reps or placing information for Independent rep opportunities unless an Independent rep ad has been processed or by special permission from MedCepts only.

If your business is listed with us but you do not have an account with us, then you will be required to claim the listing first before editing it's information. To start your claim, see next question.

Signing up for a Featured Business Listing will enable your listing to be placed in a different format above other listings in given categories - placing your listing before (above) Basic Listings. Featured Listings are identified by a "Featured Listing" tag on the landing page of the listing. Featured Listings can also place banner ads, plus your listing is also listed under Featured Listings in the "side box" throughout the website for increased exposure. Featured listings can also receive free access to place free job opportunities on our Job Board AND receive additional free featured listing opportunities and membership benefits.

Banners are advertisements rotated throughout the site. Banners are available in various sizes. 120x120 and 468x60. Special arrangements for additional size banners may be provided for those offering network members exclusive benefits. Special arrangements are at the sole discretion of MedCepts and are exclusive to those placing a Featured Business Listing for a minimum of 12 months. Banners are best if supplied in .png format. Non-flash based based Animated .gif file extensions are acceptable but flash based images are not.
