As Product Manager for this world class medical device company, you will use your strong Marketing experience in orthopedics, medical imaging, general surgery or Minimally Invasive Surgery to lead the growth for a critical product line. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years product marketing experience in a medical device company with a capital equipment component and at least 1+ year(s) leading a product launch.
Additionally, you should be adept in both presenting and message in a persuasive selling style and be a "team builder" as it relates to collaboration with an aggressive and high caliber direct Sales force.  The position also requires a goal-driven, confident self-starter with the flexibility and capabilities to think strategically, execute on timelines to achieve key business goals and influence a wide array of key partners, including design surgeons.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing program for new product launch including all elements of the promotional mix: development of detailed launch plans for new products, selection of sales channel, communication tactics, and collaterals and other support materials as appropriate.
- Define and implement new product introductions and market exit plans as agreed with senior management for assigned products.
- Use your strong financial modeling skills to formulate effective pricing strategies and execute portfolio product marketing strategies to achieve stated revenue, profitability and market share objectives.
- Assist in the development of clinical training materials and curriculum as part of the product development and launch process.
- Utilizes the expertise and design capabilities to develop new products that are QSR compliant.
- Perform analysis on product sales & profitability. Develop reports for senior management that include data analysis, interpretation, and recommendations based on data.
- Contribute to the development of the annual sales and expense budget
 Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Science Related Discipline
Position Requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years experience in Medical Device product marketingÂ
- Current capital equipment marketing experience in the arthroscopy, sport medicine, imaging, navigation, MIS, general surgery or orthopedic surgery.
- Represent the company at tradeshows, academic, and specialty meetings where you will become an expert on both the technical and clinical aspects of the product as you lead advisory panels and user groups
- Knowledge of regulatory issues and relevant experience launching an capital intensive product to the medical community
- Develop responsible promotion strategies to capture increased market share and to grow momentum and continued high morale of the sales force, as well as develop and lead sales training activities
- Proven ability to handle complex negotiations and experience with senior level managers and surgeons
- Strong analytic marketing knowledge and experience
- Ability to travel 40%
