We were founded by two sales managers in the Healthcare Industry,  Bob Normyle and Greg Erstling, who were not satisfied with the search and recruitment firms with whom they had been dealing.  They saw a glaring need for a highly ethical and productive firm working exclusively in the Healthcare Industries.With seven recruiters working only in the Medical Device, Medical Service, Biotech and Pharmaceutical Industries, mostly in sales, we are the largest source of outside sales opportunities in the Medical/Pharmaceutical Industry in the New York Metro area. However, we do work on a national basis. In fact 50-60% of our searches are out of the NY/NJ Metro area.
