Independent Reps with Health System Saas Sales Background Wanted for High Growth Supply Chain Solution Company. Significant Commission Opportunities! Typical reps are closing 1 deal a month.

Opportunity: Sales opportunity open to independent reps for high growth SaaS supply chain solutions. Sales have been very successful during our initial launch and we are seeking additional sales reps with hospital software sales experience for expansion.

Great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of this growing company. You will be selling supply chain management solutions with very little competition in this market, offered at an affordable price point, producing an ROI in MONTHS not years.

We are looking for established independent sales reps in the US who have a track record of selling solutions to hospitals and IDNs.

Compensation: % of ARR fee for each item sold. Negotiable on other terms.

Candidate Profile: Looking for candidates with deep hospital/IDN supply chain and C-suite relationships. We currently have a 90%+ close rate when we get a demo. Our product stands on its own and offers payback periods that can approach 1 month. Please include resume/bio and sales metrics (including other products you rep) in your area. This is a great add on sale to your current client base. Representatives with complimentary products will be given preference.

Territories Available: US- areas negotiable

Product/Service Info: We are quickly becoming an established name in healthcare. Partnerships with Athena, UHG, and have directly sold to multiple IDN's and hospitals.

Economic Buyers/Call Points: Typical order of call points:

1. VP/Director of Supply Chain- point out pain points, help calculate ROI. Most cases ROI is less than 6 months, many have been less than a quarter.
2. CFO- sell the ROI and process improvement along side the VP Supply Chain
3. CIO- Ensure CIO is comfortable with cloud security and implementation.

Compensation: Flat 10% of first year ARR, which will be included in the customer contract (no variable pricing issues you have to track).

Example Commissions Based on Bed Size

  • 300 Beds approximately $5,500 Commission
  • 1,000 Beds approximately $14,000 Commission
  • 3,000 Bed IDN approximately $36,000 Commission


Add OR to the deal and potentially double commission
Add InnerTrack to the deal (logical add on) and increase by about 10%
Add their clinic locations (logical add on) and increase by another 10%

Candidate Profile: Role is perfect for individuals with access to VP of Supply Chain and CFO's of larger hospitals and IDN's. Previous IT selling experience not necessary.
