Product/Service Info: We are looking for dynamic either full time or part time reps and rep teams. We will help customers gain insight and education to their markets and ultimately demonstrate our product’s value to payers, physicians and patients. A significant part of our business is acting as an educational focus for physicians, providing, nurses to educate patients or prescribers.

Economic Buyers/Call Points: Hospitals, Wound Centers, Pain Centers and Orthopedics

Compensation: Commission Based, Will discuss details to interested parties

Candidate Profile: The role of the Field Support Rep is to lead the delivery and execution of the Surgicon biotech project in the N.E. market. In particular, they will be responsible to support the accounts and help the customers manage the biotechnology portfolio.Field Support Representative Responsibilities:•• • Own end-to-end field implementation and execution of finding targets, the sales cycle, tracking account activity and maintaining the rapport post sale.• Understand the role that the physicians, nurses, support staff, and hospital administration play in the project management process.• Provide technical and professional support to assist customers regarding the products.• Build excellent customer relations with physicians, nurses and other hospital personnel. We need you to be a consultant not a salesman.Demonstrate the ability to handle customer questions and objections about the Products

Territories Available: Primary focus is for NYC, PA and New Jersey. Additional territories available.

Training Provided: Literature and one on one training.

Type of reps we are seeking:

  • • Hospital or clinical work experience (i.e. RN, surgical tech, medical device experience) preferred
  • • Prior healthcare sales experience
  • • Solid business acumen including excellent and persuasive business communication
  • • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and execute the customer service process in a manner that is concise, compliant, professional, ethical, and persuasive
  • • Organized and have excellent oral presentation and communication skills
  • • Successfully pass applicable drug tests and background check• Initiative & execution-oriented
