Job Description:  1099 Independent Urology Sales Representative

Candidate Profile: 

  • We are looking for Independent Urology and Surgical sales rep with stone management expertise in EHL lithotripsy and a proven track record in medical device capital equipment sales.  
  • Who have established clinical contacts and are considered a trusted partner because of long term business and personal relationship.
  • Motivated to start earning commissions immediately.

Product/Service Information

  • Our Systems offers two disposable probe designs specifically for urologic minimally invasive surgical procedures.  The device’s software controlled power output settings provides real time probe life usage and replacement prompts during stone fragmentation.  Time-tested tools for urologists and essential components of any stone management program.

Economic Buyers/Call Points: Offers hospitals and surgical suites trial and/or purchase promotions. Sterile disposable purchase required.

Compensation: Average Sales per device is $20,000 sales commission is 15-20% of each sale. Sales quota is one per month or 12 per year. Annual compensation between $18,000 -$37,000 depending on work ethic, personal motivation and capability.
