We need independent reps with strong relationships in large hospital networks, small surgery centers, and even large GPO contract facilities: HCA, Medstar, McKesson, Inova, Veteran Affairs, among others we have contracts with. We have pre-approved hospital accounts that do not have current representation.
Specialties of Interest: Urogynecology, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Colorectal, or any other surgical specialty that performs open cases.
What we offer:
- Higher than standard industry commission rates, with no cap. A top-level rep have the potential to make 60-70K in annual commissions.

Candidate profile and Call Points
- Experienced OR sales reps that are credentialed in their local hospitals.
- Established relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and/or purchasing departments of hospital systems.
- Experience with Value Analysis Committee and Hospital Supply Chain processes.
