CMI is seeking experienced independent sales representatives to promote a unique ergonomic exoskeleton designed to reduce neck and spinal strain for surgeons, dentists and clinicians during experienced during the performance of surgical inteventions.
We are seeking motivated, professional Independent Sales Representatives (1099) to represent NekSpine in hospital systems, surgical centers, and private practices. This role is ideal for experienced medical device reps who want to add a differentiated, high-impact product to their portfolio.
You will be responsible for building relationships with surgeons, administrators, and value analysis stakeholders, coordinating evaluations and trials, and driving product adoption within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new accounts within hospitals, ASCs, and private practices
Conduct product introductions, in-servicing, and clinical demonstrations
Coordinate product trials and evaluations with surgeons and clinical staff
Navigate hospital purchasing, value analysis, and administrative processes
Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking
Collaborate with the NekSpine team on training, strategy, and account support
Candidate profile and Call Points
Candidate Profile:
Prior experience as a medical device or surgical sales representative
Existing relationships within surgical specialties (preferred)
Comfortable selling capital equipment or premium clinical devices
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong follow-through
Professional presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team
