Independent Sales Rep / Distributor (1099) — Patient Transfer & Mobility Products — Nationwide

VitalEase (vitalease.care) is looking for independent 1099 sales reps and distributors to add our patient care product line to their portfolio.

Our products: patient lift slings (full-body, U-shaped, toileting, and shower variants — compatible with Hoyer, Drive, Lumex, and other major lift systems), gait/transfer belts, sit-to-stand aids, patient turning devices, positioning pillows, bed pads, and toilet safety rails.

We sell direct to consumers today and are now expanding into B2B. Target accounts:
— Skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes
— Hospitals and rehab centers
— Hospice and home health agencies
— Assisted living facilities

Ideal rep: has existing relationships with Directors of Nursing, Administrators, materials management, or rehab/OT-PT leads. This line is designed to complement, not compete with, the other brands you carry.

Territory: Open, regional or national — exclusivity terms open to discussion based on territory and performance
Commission: Competitive, commission-only — open to discussing structure based on your territory and book of business
Support: Product sell sheets, sizing guides, and demo videos provided

Most successful call points, in order of priority:

1. Directors of Nursing (DON) and Administrators at Skilled Nursing Facilities and nursing homes
2. Materials Management / Purchasing at hospitals and rehabilitation centers
3. Clinical Directors at hospice and home health agencies
4. Executive Directors / Care Coordinators at assisted living facilities
5. Rehab and OT/PT department heads (relevant for transfer aids and turning devices specifically)

Best-fit reps: those already carrying complementary DME, wound care, or patient care product lines into long-term care, post-acute, or home health accounts.

Nationwide — open to regional or multi-state coverage. No territory restrictions at this time; reps may apply for any U.S. region.
