The Opportunity
We’re looking for a well-connected sales partner, individual or agency, with strong ties in healthcare to help bring Brownvase into hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare institutions.
This is a founding growth opportunity for someone who already has access to decision-makers and wants to monetize their network while helping solve one of healthcare’s biggest problems: burnout.
What You’ll Do
- Leverage your network to introduce Brownvase to hospital leadership including C-suite, HR, wellness, and operations leaders
- Build relationships with medical and nursing schools, healthcare organizations, and associations
- Drive warm introductions, partnerships, and pilot opportunities
- Support or lead conversations from intro to demo to close alongside our team
- Provide market feedback to help shape our go-to-market strategy
- Position Brownvase as a leading solution for clinician wellness and financial stress
Who This Is For

- Agencies or firms with established relationships in healthcare or proven ability to access decision-makers

Compensation
- 20% commission on all deals closed with high-value contracts
- Unlimited earning potential with no cap
